6 months out

I do not have much to report except that today is my sixth month anniversary and all is well.

I will be happy and have set myself a target of 20 kgs in the next 6 months , fingers crossed.

    Well, you have dropped what, 25 kg in the past 5-6 months; 20as a goal for thenext is a good and reasoned goal. Go gett'em

    Well done so far. I passed my 6 month's on 30 July...I got a bit of a shock to realise how quickly it had passed!
