Remember when you were complaining about not enough restriction? I'm sorry you're having a rough time. I agree with Linda that liquids & mushies are probably in order.
Getting stuck and PBing SUCKS!! Can you eat even slower, Andrew? I know a lot of my PB's came from still eating way too fast. It drives us literally nuts to have to slow right down, but it might help. If not, do what Barb said and hit the mushies for a day or two. I hope things settle for you.
Hi Andrew, my surgeon told me that one should really try not to PB more than once a week. It could cause damage to your band.. However, I am not one to follow rules, and after 30 years of mindlessly chowing down my food, I certainly get stuck more than once a week.. However, it might be worth trying to avoid those trigger foods whilst you seem to be real tight.. Good Luck xx Nene
You poor thing, that really sucks. Hope things get better soon.
ReplyDelete:( Bummer.
ReplyDeleteOh no, that's not good.
ReplyDeleteBe careful Andrew. If you think you really irritated your stomach stick with mushies for awhile.
