Week 16 , weigh day and today I am a total of 19.5 Kgs down or nearly 44 Lbs....
After all that feeling sad for myself last week (many thanks for the sympathy),I continued in the same vein this week, excercise and golf and in the last few days it has finally paid off...
In May I have lost - 1.7Kg or nearly 4 Lbs and I will take a couple of pounds extra for the muscle gain and I now feel I'm back on track...
I Need to get rid of the next 0.5Kg by the 9th my 4 month b'versary to be at 20 kg.....
Potentially June is going to be a bad Month for me as the World Cup starts on the 11th ,...And football and England must be watched with Beer,Beer and more Beer (note the addition of the England Badge)...... I will not feel bad about drinking beer as long as I keep the gym work up as well
The World Cup is nearing and therefore happy days are here again :-)
Well done!
ReplyDeleteI think that you're allowed to drink lots of beer whilst watching England play football, its the only was to get through it!
Glad to hear you've got some well deserved movement on the scales!
ReplyDeleteMy hubby and I are both joining the gym this afternoon and I'm planning on following your example and hammering the exercise. Good luck for the World Cup.
Great job! I am only 1 week post op and can't wait to get back to the gym...did I just say that? Weird!
ReplyDeleteYes...I still have a wine every night and still lose weight. it is about lifestyle not dieting. Go Aussies!!!
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you made it over your hurdle. Good luck with the last 500gr you are after and good luck in the world cup
ReplyDeleteExcellent WL! A toast to you *beer glasses clinking*!
ReplyDeleteYay! Glad to hear you stuck with it and it paid off!
ReplyDeleteAnd I say enjoy the beer - life is too short to not. Plan wisely and it shouldn't undo you, either. You are doing so well with all of this, it's pretty awesome to watch (read) you put all the realities to life!
Glad things are going better.
ReplyDeleteGood work!
ReplyDeleteenjoy the games and beer
