hello to all my new friends , I have gone from 4 followers before the surgery on Tuesday to 15 now..Wow

Hi, Andrew. I'm at the very beginning of my journey. I have to go through 6 months of nutritional counseling per insurance requirements and I'm only 1 month in. I'm trying to be positive about the wait and use the time to get as many good ideas as possible. The blogs are a wonderful resource. Congratulations on the band and hopefully I'll be joining you soon. Take care.
