Weigh day end of week 7.... 12.1 Kg down, I didn't quite make the 12.5 (2 stone mark)..I will have to move this target on to my 2 month Bandiversary..... I was very tempted to go to the Gym and Sauna this morning to see if I could sweat that 0.4 Kg away...but work commitments won't allow it today...Bah...
I have booked my 2nd fill for next Tuesday, and the records show that I have lost 3 Kgs in the 3 weeks since my 1st fill , which is a great rate of loss and one I would love to continue for the next 10 months :-) , however the problem with keeping records and stats is that they can be read in so many different ways , On the other hand I had lost 10 Kg at week 2 , which also means that I have only lost 2.1 Kgs in the last 5 week :-( this is not such a great loss....but a loss is a loss...
Anyhow, I will have to wait until fill number 2 next week and hopefully this will bring me closer to the ever elusive "green and sweet spot".
* NSV as you ladies put it , in week 7 , I have been to the Gym twice , played golf (walking not buggy) twice , been considerably more active and my knees are nearly pain free *
Ciao
Andrew
Good for you! You've got a great attitude towards your weight loss. Hopefully the second fill will be the magic one for you and you can start using your band to it's full potential :-)
ReplyDeleteWell, aren't you just rockin along! 7 weeks already...you are doing great!
ReplyDeleteFantastic loss, well done. Can't believe how much you've lost in such a short period of time.
ReplyDeleteYou are doing REALLY well. I will be very happy to lose an average of 1 kg a week!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome that the knees are pain free. Sounds like you are enjoying this process and maximizing it, too! Great job - keep it up!!!
ReplyDeleteGetting rid of pain is the best NSV of all!!! You're REALLY doing GREAT!! I can't believe it's been 7 weeks already...don't fret over the stats, mine came in spurts also depending on how you look at them!
ReplyDeleteWay to go Andrew! I like your new page & your inspiration picture - you will get there! I responded on my post to your question about Hubby's golf - not sure if you saw it. He gained yards off the tee because he now has a fuller shoulder swing. He also walked the course pain free --- he has planter fascitis in one of his feet. We're hoping the weight loss cured this.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update, Andrew. You are doing so well. I also like the new page.
ReplyDeleteHi Andrew! Thank you for asking me if I was a writer and throwing Oprah's name in there also! lol...you made my day.
ReplyDeleteIn real life...no...I am not a writer. At least no one pays me to write! I have always loved writing though, so I will pretend that I am :)
Also, thank you for commenting on my before and after pictures. As you progress through your weight loss it will be so amazing to look back at pictures. Sometimes it takes a photo to realize how far we have come!
I gave you an award. Details on my blog.
ReplyDeleteI just left you an award on my blog
