The Gym....

Yesterday was a real milestone for me on my journey and new life style...After a period of absence of around 4 years...YES 4 whole years...I returned to the Gym on Friday morning...I took it a little easy , 30 mins on the bike and some upper body weights only, a total of about an hour......I woke up this morning with a few aches and pains, but they are the pains that give you comfort that you had a decent work out....I still have a little problem with my knees when I wake up , but they are easing week by week...The more I exercise the easier they will get , I hope.

After the Gym I had an hour in the sauna and steam room , before sitting quietly on the beach , glowing  and feeling really contented...it was a really good day :-)

Weight wise, today I am only 0.5Kg from my first goal of 2 stone (28 lbs) , I hope I can throw this by Tuesday morning, It all depends on my liquid retention during Monday.

Fingers crossed..

Hope you all have a good weekend...

Ciao

Andrew

  7. I think that is an amazing start! In fact, I think its great if that is all you EVER do in the gym. Don't burn yourself out. If an hour is all you wanna do, so be it!
